316 STAINLESS STEEL PANEL 480 VOLT 100 AMP 3 PHASE
This unit was built and designed for pollution control system on an oil platform.
A large 6 circuit flange heater is the work horse of the system.
All components were selected to interface with a plc a 96 control with communications, 97 limit with communications, and a power series with communications.
The main components used were a 100 amp fused disconnect, 100 amp mechanical contactor, step-down transformer fused primary and secondary, and a six circuit splitter block.
4 ZONE VACUME FORMING UP-GRADE PANEL
This system was designed around a 4 zone requirement and each zone was 480 volts 1 phase 10 amps.
Customer requested a panel which would be simple to install and economical.
Main 480 volt power in on top, 4 t/c type J inputs bottom left, and 4 heater hook-ups bottom right.
Customer had a fused disconnect at location.
Note: heater circuits fused with semi-conductor fuses.
PHARMACEUTICAL MANUFACTURER COATING MEDICATION.
This system was designed to run a 4 circuit 480 volt 3 phase 150 amp duct heater.
Power series control was built with heater diagnostics.
SD limit temperature control with communications.
The components were all integrated to a plc and an emergency shutdown latching system.
SINGLE ZONE 240 VOLTS 3 PHASE 50 AMP SYSTEM.
96 control with communications driving a din-a-mite fan cooled.
97 limit control operating a mechanical contactor.
Fused with semi-conductor fuses and fuse holders
Interlocking disconnect.
3 ZONE 480 VOLTS 3 PHASE 30 AMPS EACH.
Din-a mites for heater control.
